Separate OMM12 resistance from expanded-community resistance and protocol effects #1645
Description
CommunityMech:000133; PMID:27869789,31998276,29051233. The 12-member community resists Salmonella less than conventional microbiota; the conventional-like result belongs to the expanded version. Preserve repeat-dose improvement but bound all-12 detection, staged facility comparison and gene-copy qPCR units. Remove the colonization-context-to-resistance arrow and unisolated biotic mechanism annotations. Retain416 broad Bacteria grounding. Full protocol and genome papers read; design infection paper bounded to public abstract, publisher paywall respected. Close only after protected-main merge.
