Remove Variovorax assay-workflow graph nodes and qualify physical-contact inference #1663

Description

@realmarcin

CommunityMech:000050; PMID37386471. Full main text/captions read. Remove assay establishment, heat-duration calibration and individual-screen workflow nodes; preserve their context alongside six individual positive strain results, CF313 confirmation and live/killed/supernatant contrast. Delete confirmation-to-contact workflow arrow. Retain17% versus20.4% chlorophyll loss and9.3% with thermopriming; units are wells, not seedlings as independent samples. No physical-separation test was described, so direct contact remains an author inference; no colonization facilitation or ethylene/ACC mediation demonstrated. Preserve canonical six strains and do not imply co-inoculation. Close only after protected-main merge.

Dedup:940 all-state issue titles/bodies searched; all10 matching bodies read, plus referenced605/529/573. Local search included ignored/hidden files, excluding git/docs/site/reference-cache;72 matching files, not every file or historical PR/comment read. Relevant primary caches separately inspected. Prior605 membership,529 cultivation and earlier workflow removals preserved. Self-adversarial review is not independent approval.
