Repair Phormidium graph evidence and unsupported reciprocal services #1696

Closed

Description

@realmarcin

CommunityMech:000054; PMID35222325, doi:10.3389/fmicb.2022.780346. Preserve photosynthetic carbon input, experimental protein/SIP carbon flow, and source-bound genomic heterotrophic capacities. Remove vitamin/cofactor, ROS-protection and nutrient-return nodes that general introductory examples do not establish for this community, and remove their two unsupported arrows. Correct polysaccharide donor/recipient and distinguish genomic capacity from transfer; remove unrelated tetrapyrrole GO and unsupported mutualism assignments. Keep lower-peptide alpha/Verruco evidence separate from major Wenzhouxiangella/Phycisphaerales signals. Close only after protected-main merge.

Dedup: 969 all-state issue titles/bodies; original three matched issues #1134/#1136/#543 read, plus exact-ID/DOI/PMID search with no additional issue matches. Hidden/ignored-inclusive local searches included 22 original and six additional matching files, excluding .git/docs/site/references_cache. Issue comments not exhaustively searched. Whole records and primary main text read; phenol full text is an existing cached primary copy because fresh full-text retrieval failed. Self-adversarial review, not independent approval.
