Preserve enrichment V(V) reduction, proposed Polaromonas/MAG involvement, and reduction-to-V(IV)-precipitation direction supported by public Supplement Figure S2 with autoclaved/no-vanadate controls. Remove unsupported Desulfovibrio-to-Desulfitobacterium sulfide and Geobacter-to-Polaromonas sequential-iron routes, exact kinetics/minerals/percentages, reciprocal interaction types and source-only PAIRWISE scope. Enrichment-level reduction is positive; Polaromonas attribution and cymA/omcA/narG function remain inferred, not gene perturbations. Canonical non-graph membership and locality problems are a separate issue. Close only after protected-main merge.
