Repair Populus workflow arrows and qualify salt-resistance mediation #1713

Closed

Description

@realmarcin

CommunityMech:000090; PMID:40904019. Remove isolate-selection and formulation workflow nodes and three workflow arrows already represented in engineering_design. Retain host physiological resistance, recruited root-community association, growth endpoints, and two existing biological arrows as PARTIAL abstract-supported explanations, not mediator intervention proof. Mark host evidence IN_VIVO, not IN_VITRO. Keep alternative SynCom5/7/9 formulations distinct in wording; canonical Bacteria is not strain-resolved membership. Main text and public supplement download unavailable in this review (403); no claim of full methods verification. Close only after protected-main merge.

Dedup: current all-state issue titles/bodies searched by exact IDs, PMIDs, DOIs and stems. Related #1680 read; this is the distinct Polaromonas record. Local ignored/hidden files included, excluding .git/docs/site/references_cache; relevant caches separately inspected. Comments and PRs not exhaustive. Source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval.
