Qualify poultry consortium complementarity and COD endpoint interpretation #1714

Closed

Description

@realmarcin

CommunityMech:000330; PMID:41594859. Preserve measured power enhancement and reported COD reduction in 30-day amended/sterilized model wastewater. Retain both existing complementarity-to-performance arrows explicitly HYPOTHESIZED, following the authors proposed interpretation without asserting strain-resolved niche partitioning or interspecies electron transfer. Remove unsupported NICHE_PARTITIONING types, name three canonical participants. Full primary text Section3.3 conflicts internally: consortium84.4% with2150to436mg/L versus L.sphaericus79.7% with2150to335mg/L; percentages and endpoints appear crossed. Do not silently swap data or certify exact COD ranking. Clarify Section2.1.1 inoculum-volume ambiguity, and COD cannot distinguish wastewater organics from supplements/assimilation/abiotic processes. Close only after protected-main merge.

Dedup: current all-state issue titles/bodies searched by exact IDs, PMIDs, DOIs and stems. Related #1680 read; this is the distinct Polaromonas record. Local ignored/hidden files included, excluding .git/docs/site/references_cache; relevant caches separately inspected. Comments and PRs not exhaustive. Source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval.
