Remove infant analytical workflow nodes and bound oxygen-NEC association #1719

Closed

Description

@realmarcin

CommunityMech:000253; PMID:32130257. Preserve higher low-oxygen diametric ratios as an observational Escherichia result from four infants, not direct oxygen measurements or proof of NEC causation. Remove two analytical-method/generalization nodes and all unsupported COMMENSALISM classifications. Preserve method context plus observed NO/osmotic comparisons in discussion; NO signal is lower in NEC, while osmotic text has a p-value inconsistency. Main paper acknowledges gestational-age, delivery-mode and birth-weight confounding. Twenty samples are not twenty independent infants. Existing zero-arrow graph remains zero-arrow. Close only after protected-main merge.

All-state issue titles/bodies searched by exact IDs, PMIDs, DOIs and stems. Closed #258 concerns prior dangling-edge repair; #419 mentions honest broad Prairie taxon grounding. Neither resolves these semantic findings. Local ignored/hidden files included, with .git/docs/site/references_cache exclusions; relevant caches separately checked. Comments and PRs not exhaustive. Self-adversarial source review, not independent approval.
