Bound rice SynCom benefit to host endpoints without reciprocal mutualism #1720

Description

@realmarcin

CommunityMech:000341; PMID:42691895; doi:10.1016/j.micres.2026.128704. Retain both positive arsenic-restriction and host-physiology nodes. Remove unsupported MUTUALISM classifications; name the two bacterial inoculum members and rice host using canonical identifiers. The abstract reports transporter downregulation as the explanation for lower arsenic; preserve that explanation as PARTIAL, not proof of transporter necessity or individual-strain contribution. No source-supported direction between the two composite outcome nodes is established by the accessible abstract, so add no arrow. Full text unavailable during review. Close only after protected-main merge.

All-state issue titles/bodies searched by exact IDs, PMIDs, DOIs and stems. Closed #258 concerns prior dangling-edge repair; #419 mentions honest broad Prairie taxon grounding. Neither resolves these semantic findings. Local ignored/hidden files included, with .git/docs/site/references_cache exclusions; relevant caches separately checked. Comments and PRs not exhaustive. Self-adversarial source review, not independent approval.
