Keep RF-PH aniline removal distinct from unverified mineralization #1726
CommunityMech:000461; PMID:41900437. Existing single-node graph and monoculture comparisons are supported and must remain. Add the narrow endpoint boundary: analytical removal is not independently verified mineralization or identification of a catechol pathway. The conclusion asserts that pathway, but the main results do not show the corresponding mechanistic analysis; supplements were not reviewed. Preserve prior #1190 evidence and #1192 open-ended mechanism wording. Do not infer a transferred intermediate, competition or directional interaction. Close only after protected-main merge.
All-state issue titles/bodies searched by IDs, references and stems. Ignored/hidden local search included, excluding .git/docs/site/references_cache; relevant caches separately inspected. Closed #1189-#1192 and earlier validation/rendering issues do not cover these findings. Existing #765 owns broader propanotroph re-evidencing after #754; no duplicate non-graph issue filed for that scope. Comments and PRs not exhaustively searched. Source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval.
Addressed in #1731 at 8c3f238; exact-head self-review: #1731 (review). 796 passed in 321.32s (0:05:21); postcommit docs-current passed. Decisions and actual output digests committed. Not independent approval; close only after protected-main merge. Follow-ups765/1728/1729remain unfinished.
