Separate bifenthrin biotransformation from niche and fitness assertions #1734

Open

Description

@realmarcin

CommunityMech:000331; PMID:42269294. Preserve all three nodes, two existing directions, sequential intermediate transformation and superior consortium removal. The accessible abstract supports reported strain-specific transformations, not measured ecological niche partitioning or recipient growth dependence. Remove NICHE_PARTITIONING and the redundant CROSS_FEEDING label on the removal endpoint; retain the existing directed intermediate-transfer interpretation with explicit assimilation and hydrolase-mediation limits. Name canonical members on collective nodes. No new mechanisms, growth optimization or experimental designs. Close only after protected-main merge.

All-state issue titles/bodies searched using references, IDs, full/short names and distinctive strain terms. Ignored/hidden local files included; .git/docs/site/references_cache excluded, relevant caches separately inspected. #353 is an unrelated numeric-ID match. Explicitly read closed #529 (general cultivation-source scope) and #878 (Klebsiella GTDB grounding); neither resolves this finding. Comments and PRs not exhaustively searched. Source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval.
