Repair the source attachment of the social-spreading initiation arrow #1735

Open

Description

@realmarcin

CommunityMech:000161; PMID:30700513. The existing Comigration -> Interspecies Social Spreading edge already describes close association/contact initiating expansion, but is attached to the wrong node. Move that exact edge, unchanged in target and wording, to the existing Contact-Dependent Initiation node. This is a mechanical source-endpoint repair of an already-curated causal claim, not a newly researched mechanism. The primary adjacent-colony and membrane-separation results support the intended attachment. Preserve all three nodes and both arrows without the accidental feedback cycle. Use community-level canonical participants for the joint phenotype; comigration does not demonstrate reciprocal fitness or directional motility induction. Preserve positive microscopy/culture findings and bound the molecular trigger. Related-pair follow-up is abstract-only and must not override the canonical pair. Close only after protected-main merge.

All-state issue titles/bodies searched using references, IDs, full/short names and distinctive strain terms. Ignored/hidden local files included; .git/docs/site/references_cache excluded, relevant caches separately inspected. #353 is an unrelated numeric-ID match. Explicitly read closed #529 (general cultivation-source scope) and #878 (Klebsiella GTDB grounding); neither resolves this finding. Comments and PRs not exhaustively searched. Source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval.
