Repair Rammelsberg graph citation and unsupported pairwise feedback #1750

Open

Description

@realmarcin

Finding

The graph cites doi:10.1016/j.hydromet.2020.105484, a Terrafame Finland secondary-ore study, for Rammelsberg recovery. The exact source is doi:10.1016/j.hydromet.2020.105443. Its public author pre-proof supports iron oxidation, acid production and metal extraction in an enrichment dominated by two Acidithiobacillus taxa, not an exhaustive two-member community. Generic review PMID:39770610 does not establish exact-system mutualism/commensalism, partner-specific sulfur passivation relief, reciprocal fitness or carbon-fixation exchange. Correct graph provenance, retain supported community processes and the source-backed ferric-iron-to-mineral-dissolution arrow, remove unsupported feedback arrows and the intrinsic carbon-fixation interaction. No new causal direction is required.
