Separate BDE-47 cross-feeding from donor rescue and parent removal #1751
PMID:42364169 Results reports that BDE-47 disappears within20h both with YL-JM2C alone and in the coculture; only the monoculture accumulates stoichiometric2,4-DBP. Preserve the supported YL-JM2C-to-JMP134 relay, enzyme transformation and positive wastewater endpoint. Existing reverse JMP134-to-YL-JM2C SYNTROPHY and rescue-enables-parent-removal wording exceed the comparison. Clarify existing node/edge labels, distinguish clearing the intermediate from parent disappearance, and record unresolved feedback/fitness and carbon fate without requiring obligacy for SYNTROPHY.
Fresh all-state issue titles/bodies searched, including closed875/876 and1028-1030; these concern earlier recipe/endpoint/grounding fixes. Local search included ignored/hidden files, excluding.git/docs/site/references_cache; relevant caches separately checked. Comments/PRs not exhaustively searched. Close only after the repair reaches protected main.
Addressed in #1754 at 65716e7; exact-head self-review: #1754 (review). 856 passed in 287.22s (0:04:47); postcommit docs-current passed. Decisions and 44 actual output records/digests committed, including repaired cache-access and participant-census failures. Four records reviewed, three changed, eight nodes and three supported arrows retained. Non-graph1753 and existing Linux DOI-cache issue1091 remain unresolved. Not independent approval; close only after protected-main merge.
