Bound rice-duckweed SynCom mechanism labels to greenhouse and dropout evidence #1758
The primary full text supports observed growth promotion and sheath-blight suppression, with dropout/metabolomic support for complementary contributions. It explicitly leaves genetic necessity and in-plant chemical confirmation unresolved and did not quantify strain abundances during coculture. Remove unsupported MUTUALISM, COMPETITION and COLONIZATION_FACILITATION labels; keep all three nodes and two directions with metabolite-to-phenotype mediation marked PARTIAL. Preserve the positive 70% greenhouse disease-index reduction, distinguish it from unmeasured duckweed-addition agronomic effects, and do not claim a specific 2,3-butanediol stereoisomer from an unqualified feature name.
Addressed in #1760 at 1b17429; exact-head self-review: #1760 (review). 864 passed in 277.19s (0:04:37); postcommit docs-current passed.42 actual validation outputs/digests plus decisions and source provenance are committed. Four records changed;14nodes13existingdirections retained. Non-graph1759 and existing loader1703/Linux DOI-cache1091 remain unresolved. Not independent approval; close only after protected-main merge.
