Bound rice phosphorus SynCom graph to measured plant response #1761

Closed

Description

@realmarcin

Rice_P_Uptake_Intercropping_SynCom4.yaml (CommunityMech:000110; PMID:39684532) labels three community-level plant responses MUTUALISM without reciprocal bacterial fitness evidence. The two arrows assert mediation more strongly than the inoculation, root morphology, soil-P and transporter-expression comparisons resolve. Preserve all three observations and both existing directions as PARTIAL proposed contributions; distinguish positive pot response from the negative field intercropping result. Clone graph evidence before changing its source classification so aliases cannot alter non-graph evidence. No new topology.

Dedup: fresh all-state issue titles/bodies and ignored/hidden-inclusive local search with .git/docs/site/references_cache excluded; relevant caches separately inspected. Matching issues read, not duplicates of these findings. Comments/PRs not exhaustive. Source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval. Graph-repair issues close only after protected-main merge.

Three records changed,FSQN unchanged;12nodes6existingdirections retained. The copied-participant-narrative finding was fixed with an extra append-only history and complete validation rerun.
