Separate Rifle bioanode enrichment from genomic evidence graphs #1763
Description
Rifle_Aquifer_Bioanode_EET_Community.yaml (CommunityMech:000241; PMID:32849356) still carries three arrows to gene-inventory nodes after the earlier pruning. Genomic PCC/e-pilus/OmcS candidate distributions and a candidate-set conclusion are not ecological interactions or causal consequences of abundance. Retain electrode enrichment and observed Geobacter dominance with one bounded selection arrow; remove four inventory/conclusion nodes and three analysis-order arrows. Dominance is not COMPETITION, and the data do not establish NICHE_PARTITIONING. Current production is a community outcome, not proof every organism respires the electrode. Preserve canonical taxonomy and cultivation setup.
Dedup: fresh all-state issue titles/bodies and ignored/hidden-inclusive local search with .git/docs/site/references_cache excluded; relevant caches separately inspected. Matching issues read, not duplicates of these findings. Comments/PRs not exhaustive. Source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval. Graph-repair issues close only after protected-main merge.
