Retain SF356 feedback without reciprocal-harm overclassification #1768
SF356_Cellulose_Degrader.yaml (CommunityMech:000061; PMID16269746): retain the positive CSK1 metabolite/aerobe oxygen feedback and FG4 inhibitory arrow, which the primary abstract supports. Both negative nodes are COMPETITION, although the accessible evidence establishes suppression/inhibition without both members being negatively affected as the current enum requires. Remove those optional types without denying possible competition, and bound the FG4 outcome to community cellulose degradation rather than isolated CSK1 toxicity. Avoid using syntrophy as a generic synonym for oxygen facilitation; current SYNTROPHY requires product-removal feedback, not obligacy. CSK1 is aerotolerant (PMID15545431), so do not overstate complete absence of oxygen as an absolute biological requirement. Full primary main text retrieval failed; record abstract scope. No new nodes/arrows.
Dedup: fresh all-state issue titles/bodies and ignored/hidden-inclusive local search with .git/docs/site/references_cache excluded; relevant caches separately inspected. Matching issues read, not duplicates of these findings. Comments/PRs not exhaustive. Source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval. Graph-repair issues close only after protected-main merge.
Prepublication adversarial diff review found a surviving unsupported CSK1 pairwise target in the FG4 inhibition node. It is now community-scoped, retaining FG4 as source and the existing community-hydrolysis arrow. A second immutable history artifact records the correction; the first is preserved. The initial validation run was deliberately interrupted with 23 completed gate outputs retained, and all final gates are being rerun. No final verification or independent approval is claimed yet.
Addressed in #1771 at c33f689; exact-head self-review: #1771 (review). 880 passed in 285.17s (0:04:45); postcommit docs-current passed.43 final validation outputs/digests plus decisions and provenance are committed. Four records changed;14nodes6existingdirections retained. The surviving SF356 pairwise-target finding was corrected with an additional append-only history and complete validation rerun;23 preliminary outputs retained. Non-graph1770 and existing loader1703/Linux DOI-cache1091 remain unresolved. Not independent approval; close only after protected-main merge.
