Separate Candida biofilm facilitation from rodent disease outcome #1772

Closed

Description

@realmarcin

SMutans_CAlbicans_ECC_Biofilm.yaml (CommunityMech:000083; PMID24566629): preserve mutualism and Candida-associated biofilm facilitation. EPS/biomass evidence is in vitro; the lesion/carriage node is a community outcome, not pairwise colonization facilitation. Bound the existing biofilm-to-disease arrow as PARTIAL mediation and to the rodent model. Primary abstract and PubMed captions read; EuropePMC XML returned HTTP500. No new topology or wet-lab procedures.

Dedup: fresh all-state issue titles/bodies and ignored/hidden-inclusive local search with .git/docs/site/references_cache excluded; relevant caches separately inspected. Matching issues read, not duplicates of these findings. Comments/PRs not exhaustive. Source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval. Graph-repair issues close only after protected-main merge.
