Correct Selenomonas graph evidence modality and outcome scope #1773

SMutans_SSputigena_ECC_Pathobiont.yaml (CommunityMech:000084; PMID37217495): entrapment and structured acidogenesis are in-vitro observations, not in vivo. Preserve supported S. mutans-to-S. sputigena colonization facilitation and the existing structural direction. Reclassify mixed-biofilm acidogenesis and rodent lesion outcome as COMMUNITY_LEVEL with exactly the two existing members; disease severity does not establish recipient colonization. Primary results include matrix-disruption evidence and ex-vivo enamel damage, so do not demote all findings to association. Bound the in-vivo mediation bridge as PARTIAL, and do not infer human causal direction from cross-sectional discovery. No new topology or experimental instructions.
