Bound Veillonella expression and rodent outcome claims #1774

Description

@realmarcin

SMutans_VParvula_ASC_Biofilm.yaml (CommunityMech:000085; PMID39345197): expression and EPS measurements do not separately quantify catalytic enzyme activity or establish necessary mediation. Retain the existing PARTIAL expression-to-biofilm direction. Correct the in-vitro source label; separate mixed-biofilm phenotypes and rodent disease outcome from pairwise colonization facilitation. Rename the adult-severe-caries outcome to the rodent scope. Keep positive observations without treating cross-sectional human association as human causation or mixed fluorescence as species-resolved cell counts. No new topology, pathogen optimization or wet-lab instructions.

Dedup: fresh all-state issue titles/bodies and ignored/hidden-inclusive local search with .git/docs/site/references_cache excluded; relevant caches separately inspected. Matching issues read, not duplicates of these findings. Comments/PRs not exhaustive. Source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval. Graph-repair issues close only after protected-main merge.
