Retain SO3-BS3 detoxification without an untested neutral partner effect #1775

Closed

Description

@realmarcin

SO3_BS3_Lithium_Battery_Bioleaching_Consortium.yaml (CommunityMech:000385; PMID42733304): COMMENSALISM requires the other partner to be unaffected. The primary paper supports detoxification, electron transfer and leaching, not an exact neutral fitness response of BS3 to SO3. Remove the optional type and retain both nodes and their direction. Distinguish predecessor detoxification comparisons from the final consortium model; retain final-consortium cytochrome perturbation and riboflavin evidence, without claiming direct versus shuttle flux was quantitatively partitioned. Preserve existing scale-up discussion.

Dedup: fresh all-state issue titles/bodies and ignored/hidden-inclusive local search with .git/docs/site/references_cache excluded; relevant caches separately inspected. Matching issues read, not duplicates of these findings. Comments/PRs not exhaustive. Source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval. Graph-repair issues close only after protected-main merge.
