Remove unsupported Atacama brine exchange and nutrient-cycle graph claims #1786

Closed

Description

@realmarcin

CommunityMech:000062, Salar_Atacama_Lithium_Brine_Community.yaml, doi:10.1029/2018JG004621. The source compares two brine community profiles and discusses possible osmoadaptation; it does not establish the asserted pairwise commensalism, organic-matter cross-feeding, closed nutrient remineralization, bacteriorhodopsin activity or bacterial redundancy benefit. Replace the tolerance assertion with a community-level compositional association using existing members, remove four unsupported functional nodes and both arrows, and retain an explicit evidence gap. Salinity and ionic composition covary; do not attribute the comparison solely to lithium or claim Salinibacter thrives in concentrated brine. No new topology.

Dedup: all-state issue titles/bodies and ignored/hidden-inclusive local search (.git/docs/site/references_cache excluded; relevant caches separately inspected). Matching issue bodies read; no duplicate found within that scope. PRs/comments not exhaustive. Source-based self-adversarial review is not independent approval. Repair issues close only after protected-main merge. No new topology or paid Edison work.
