Withhold SRC1 graph attribution to an unverified subset identity #1810

Finding

CommunityMech:000063 / Sorghum_SRC1_Subset cites doi:10.1093/ismejo/wrae126 for four nodes, but its top-level identity claims a 16-20 member subset. The paper introduction describes a 57-strain SRC1, corroborated by the independently retrieved SRC2 primary study (PMID:42454401). Abstract evidence does not identify or establish endpoints for this subset. Assembly is also a workflow, cohesion is not demonstrated facilitation, host benefit is not reciprocal mutualism, and lignin transcription is a correlation. Remove the four unsupported subset-attributed nodes, preserve a source-grounded identity discussion and the prior removal of assay/correlation arrows, and retain needs_research status pending the separate exact-community identity audit. Do not silently relabel this record as the complete consortium or mint an alternative community.
