Relative-abundance nonsignificance is not compositional invariance or measured facilitation; the prose and Fig.2 caption also differ about root diversity loss. Preserve the bounded differential-abundance observation without certifying universal stability. Preserve live-versus-heat-killed host biomass results without MUTUALISM, and preserve flavonoid transcription/metabolomic responses without COLONIZATION_FACILITATION. The discussion leaves recruitment and exclusion unresolved. Keep the graph edge-free as fixed in #782. No new microbial enhancement, growth/colonization protocols or genetic designs; non-graph methods unchanged.
