Separate space-habitat cultivability result from categorical competition #1823

Closed

Description

@realmarcin

Finding

CommunityMech:000339 / Space_Habitat_SevenMember_Stress_Tolerance_SynCom, PMID:42577390. Reduced recoverable B. subtilis CFU in the whole consortium is a positive observation, but it does not establish the schema COMPETITION definition of reciprocal negative effects. Remove that categorical label and retain the canonical B. subtilis participant. Explicitly distinguish reduced cultivability from definitive loss of viability; genomic potential is not confirmed metabolite activity. Preserve the earlier accession repair #771. Limit changes to evidence qualification: no new survival, stress-tolerance, biofilm, resistance, virulence, culture or disinfection optimization procedures.

Lifecycle

Address in the dependent batch105 PR; close only after protected-main merge. Self-adversarial review is not independent approval. No paid provider submission or new topology is part of this repair.
