Separate phenanthrene SynCom carbon stocks from fixation flux #1824

Finding
CommunityMech:000362 / Sphingobium_Nitrososphaera_Phenanthrene_Carbon_SynCom, PMID:41967346. Preserve the positive lettuce-pot PHE and soil carbon observations, classify host-pot evidence as IN_VIVO, and remove graph carbon-dioxide/carbon-fixation annotations not established by the abstract stock measurements. Qualify the random-forest/PLS-PM driver interpretation as PARTIAL, not direct flux or traced transfer. Retain existing structured method provenance without invented software versions. This is distinct from #847/#848, whose prior interaction-typing/provenance fixes are already present and must remain.
