Qualify lignin-dimer coupling and distinguish muconate results from gallate potential #1825

Finding

CommunityMech:000267 / Sphingobium_Rhodococcus_Lignin_Dimer_Valorization_Coculture, PMID:36030484. The abstract reports coculture systems plural, measured conversion of six dimer classes to cis,cis-muconate, and potential for gallate. Do not assert simultaneous production of both by one formulation. Remove a quotation about previous monomer studies used as evidence for this system. Qualify the existing cleavage-to-conversion direction as HYPOTHESIZED/PARTIAL rather than demonstrated exchanged intermediates. Remove categorical CROSS_FEEDING and NICHE_PARTITIONING: substrate range is not niche separation. Keep three source-grounded nodes, remove only the substrate-range restatement arrow, and use the already-local gallate identity rather than gallic acid.

Lifecycle

Address in the dependent batch105 PR; close only after protected-main merge. Self-adversarial review is not independent approval. No paid provider submission or new topology is part of this repair.
