Separate Carboxydocella genome-analysis workflow from ecological response and functional potential #1832

Closed

Description

@realmarcin

Finding

CommunityMech:000251, PMID:32633030. Remove the genome-resolution workflow node, preserving the prior 2026-10-02 removal of analysis-provenance arrows. Retain the community response and relative Carboxydocella decline without implying absolute cell loss or measured fitness. CODH gene comparison supports inferred CO-oxidation potential, not demonstrated physiological switching or measured carbon/electron flux. Qualify the two remaining existing directions and their endpoint interpretations, with abstract-bounded computational provenance and no invented methods. A publisher full-text request failed with Internal Error, not a verified HTTP status or proof of global full-text absence.

Lifecycle

Address in the dependent batch106 PR; close only after protected-main merge. Self-adversarial review is not independent approval. No paid provider submission or new topology is part of this repair.
