Finding
CommunityMech:000312, PMID:41454778. Preserve directly supported bacterial-to-fungal thiamine transfer, fungal growth rescue, recruitment and pine performance. The full main results report labeled thiamine in fungal hyphae and increased pine dry weight, root activity and phosphorus; do not discard these positive findings. Distinguish ureidosuccinate chemotaxis from pregnenolone motility and measured cue effects from proven nutrient uptake. Qualify recruitment as a prerequisite for vitamin induction and thiamine as the exclusive in-plant mediator. Preserve the existing three-direction topology and thiamine-free P20 context (#583); do not imply bacterial reciprocity is resolved.
