Finding
CommunityMech:000222, PMID:38273328. Sulfur granules and small filament-associated cells are observed, but CPR identity remained tentative after unsuccessful FISH. Neither neutral host fitness nor a commensal relationship is established. Genomic/structural predictions of hydrogenase and thiosulfate-conversion potential are not measured flux. Preserve these findings and source-proposed cryptic sulfur symbiosis as hypotheses, with computational provenance. Remove the two existing arrows that use physical proximity as causation, especially attachment-to-encoded-gene potential. The legacy Thiothrix nivea grounding is not validated and must be separately resolved; do not claim this record fully reviewed while that participant identity remains unsupported.

All 13 nodes and seven qualified existing directions retained; two spatial arrows removed. All 31 reviewed quotations match fresh primary text and unchanged caches. HydDB provenance corrected with an append-only history; final gates rerun. Plain just-lint passed;explicit-runtime no-incremental mypy additionally checked. Identity #1841 remains open, spring stays needs_research. Not independent approval; close only after protected-main merge.
