Qualify SynComBac10 predicted exchange and immune mediation without losing host protection #1839

Finding
CommunityMech:000127, PMID:40266232. Distinguish iNAP2.0 predicted exchange plus supernatant metabolite detection from measured transfer to SFB. Preserve the direct SFB-associated Th17 induction evidence and positive host-protection endpoints. Th17 induction is not colonization facilitation, and host protection is not reciprocal-negative microbial competition. Remove the innate-immunity GO assignment from the specifically Th17 node. Retain both existing causal hypotheses as PARTIAL; the paper explicitly does not establish SFB induction as the sole protective route. This is evidence/metadata correction only, with no new pathogen enhancement, growth optimization, challenge procedures, genetic designs, strain-selection advice or mechanistic expansion.

Addressed in #1842 at f1c2170; self-review: #1842 (review). 967 passed in 327.16s (0:05:27); postcommit docs-current passed. 42 gate outputs/digests, decisions, provenance and five append-only histories committed. All 13 nodes and seven qualified existing directions retained; two spatial arrows removed. All 31 reviewed quotations match fresh primary text and unchanged caches. HydDB provenance corrected with an append-only history; final gates rerun. Plain just-lint passed;explicit-runtime no-incremental mypy additionally checked.
