Separate Azotobacter mutualistic growth from PHB mediation and potential alginate production #1851

Finding
CommunityMech:000207. Preserve exporter-dependent growth and the mutualism under fixed-carbon/nitrogen omission; distinguish initial glutamate experiments. PHB production is a community endpoint, not a second mutualism or direct photosynthetic flux. Qualify the two existing carbon/nitrogen-to-PHB arrows because the abstract does not isolate yield mediation or specify PHB assay conditions. Dinitrogen is a fixation substrate, not a specified transfer product; alginate is potential only.

Whole six records and all existing graph nodes/directions reviewed. Primary Sesame, SynCom Y and shared SPC main text/captions were independently retrieved from Europe PMC and read; Azotobacter scope is the independently retrieved primary abstract, not full text. SPC supplement captions S1-S12 and figure pixels S2/S4/S5/S8 were additionally inspected; mathematical framework and remaining supplement images were not reviewed. No raw-data reanalysis.
Fresh all-state title/body dedup and ignored/hidden-inclusive local searches were performed. Matching #757/#714/#605/#310 bodies and related #529 were read; these do not duplicate the exact findings. PRs/comments were not exhaustively searched.
Lifecycle
Address in the dependent batch109 PR; close only after protected-main merge. Self-adversarial review is not independent approval. Existing graph repairs add no new topology or provider spend.

Addressed in #1856 at 9b429a9; self-review: #1856 (review). 987 passed in 328.40s (0:05:28); postcommit docs-current passed. 55 gate outputs/digests, decisions, provenance and six append-only histories committed. Sixteen nodes/nine existing directions retained; three nodes/three arrows removed. All 34 reviewed quotations match independent primary text and unchanged caches. Four in-memory claim-inflation probes were rejected at scientific assertions. Plain just-lint passed;explicit-runtime no-incremental mypy additionally checked. Source-read boundaries are recorded in the PR and ledger; non-graph follow-up #1855 remains open. Not independent approval; close only after protected-main merge.
