Remove Bacillus168 long-term persistence inferred from other SPC partners and strains #1852

Finding
CommunityMech:000065. Primary Figure4 and supplementS2/S5/S9 identify Bacillus3610 in growth/perturbation assays; strain168 is explicitly used for alpha-amylase production and supplementS4 inhibition. Weeks-to-months continuous persistence belongs to E. coli or W303Clump, not strain168. Remove the unestablished long-term stabilization node/arrow, retain bounded photosynthetic carbon support and positive168 production context without substituting a new product node. Canonical168 identity stays unchanged; qualify growth evidence rather than silently importing3610 results.

Whole six records and all existing graph nodes/directions reviewed. Primary Sesame, SynCom Y and shared SPC main text/captions were independently retrieved from Europe PMC and read; Azotobacter scope is the independently retrieved primary abstract, not full text. SPC supplement captions S1-S12 and figure pixels S2/S4/S5/S8 were additionally inspected; mathematical framework and remaining supplement images were not reviewed. No raw-data reanalysis.
Fresh all-state title/body dedup and ignored/hidden-inclusive local searches were performed. Matching #757/#714/#605/#310 bodies and related #529 were read; these do not duplicate the exact findings. PRs/comments were not exhaustively searched.
Lifecycle
Address in the dependent batch109 PR; close only after protected-main merge. Self-adversarial review is not independent approval. Existing graph repairs add no new topology or provider spend.

Addressed in #1856 at 9b429a9; self-review: #1856 (review). 987 passed in 328.40s (0:05:28); postcommit docs-current passed. 55 gate outputs/digests, decisions, provenance and six append-only histories committed. Sixteen nodes/nine existing directions retained; three nodes/three arrows removed. All 34 reviewed quotations match independent primary text and unchanged caches. Four in-memory claim-inflation probes were rejected at scientific assertions. Plain just-lint passed;explicit-runtime no-incremental mypy additionally checked. Source-read boundaries are recorded in the PR and ledger; non-graph follow-up #1855 remains open. Not independent approval; close only after protected-main merge.
