Decisions, 35 gate outputs/digests, four append-only histories and four mutation probes are recorded. Partial resolution in #1975 at
b67230b18333580f43b58cb916714704247dc1f9: the indexed publisher Introduction identifies LC1/DSM15516 as the actual coculture heterotroph, not merely an older cited strain.Two graph descriptions and the discussion now reflect this identity support. A five-word attributed cache appendix, hash-linked successor ledger, validation and self-adversarial review are committed. Full Methods/Table1/supplements remain unaudited; direct page retrieval returned403 and the public Crossref-advertised text/plain endpoint returned400. Medium accounting and isolated encapsulation mediation remain unresolved. Keep this issue OPEN after the partial repair merges.

Crossref exact DOI verified; DOI/publisher web access failed, author publication page supplies only citation, and bounded title/DOI/OSTI searches did not retrieve the full article. The abstract identifies H. boliviensis, not LC1, and does not resolve complete medium composition or isolated mediation of PHB productivity by alginate-enhanced sucrose export. Preserve canonical identity pending authorized primary Methods/supplement access; mark the graph review needs_research. This is not proof that full text is unavailable everywhere. No new topology or Edison spend is proposed.
