Bound synthetic-lichen ROS protection and lipid-yield mediation by assay #1866

Finding

CommunityMech:000149. Preserve sucrose feeding and context-dependent mutualism. Peroxide measurements, density controls and catalase comparisons support ROS relief, especially in dilute illuminated HEPES-buffered cultures; high-density axenic growth is possible. Yeast improves growth beyond catalase alone, so ROS removal is not the sole proven mechanism. Total fatty-acid yield is a whole-culture endpoint, not an additional exchange or isolated yeast lipid output. Qualify the existing ROS-to-lipid arrow: protection experiments do not isolate mediation of the separate lipid comparison.

Evidence And Scope

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28344645/
Whole three records and independently retrieved primary abstract/main bodies, Methods, embedded captions and tables were read. No separate supplements, original figure pixels or raw datasets were audited. Source-read limits and exact artifact hashes will accompany batch111.

Fresh all-state title/body dedup matched #850/#622/#1547; all bodies and related #529/#1091 were read. Local search included hidden and ignored files in its recorded scope. PR comments and all historical local reports were not exhaustively searched.

Lifecycle

Address in dependent batch111; close only after protected-main merge. Source-based self-adversarial review, not independent approval. No new topology, paid Edison job or experimental protocol is proposed.

Graph repair addressed; close only after protected-main merge. #1870 at c38a890; exact-head self-review #1870 (review). 1003 passed in 467.34s (0:07:47); postcommit docs-current passed. Decisions, 34 gate outputs/digests, three append-only histories and four mutation probes are recorded. Source-access and non-graph limits remain. Self-review is not independent approval.
