Finding

CommunityMech:000130. The record stores only three aggregate phototroph groups, while the primary study introduced 26 phototrophic species from non-axenic stocks onto Sphingomonas-conditioned chambers. Mature communities contained at least22 detected phototrophic species; three introduced species were no longer detected, and Pediastrum species were not resolved separately. Do not treat the input pool as a fully defined axenic final membership. Review Table1, repeated Cyclotella grouping, barcode data and supplements before expanding canonical taxonomy or assigning persistent Sphingomonas membership. This is non-graph curation; no new organisms or protocols are imported in the graph repair.
