Non-graph follow-up for batch112: CommunityMech:000189 cultivation_setup working_volume=250mL is the incubation-bottle capacity in Methods, not an established liquid charge (the existing notes already acknowledge this). CommunityMech:000070 growth_media incubation_time=84hours imports a generation time, not experiment duration. Recheck the rich recipe blocks in000068/000069/000070 against actual sources and keep pure-culture acceptor conditions separate from methanogenic coculture. Existing #583 covers structured omission guidance and #183 missing-source growth data, not these populated-field assertions; closed #529 records the scope hazard. Graph curation does not modify these metadata fields.
