Complete the missing Ruegeria B12 growth-support graph after Edison authentication #1883

Finding

CommunityMech:000162: 2017 primary paper Figure 1 and Results report rescue of B12-limited T. pseudonana CCMP1335 by R. pomeroyi DSS-3, with growth comparable to exogenous B12 controls. Existing chitin-transcription node must not be repurposed as this distinct reciprocal relationship. New topology requires the causal-graph skill Edison step. One-community dry run completed (query SHA256 1b2797a8920505adf873e50a02f8827e5aa23ac5e5aa8387603ef7310bb42e67); authorized real invocation stopped in load_api_key before client creation because neither configured key was available. Provider submissions=0 and spend=0. Configure authentication securely, run once, review all report sections and primary evidence, and curate only supported nodes/directions. No previous denied/unanswered scope was retried.

Fresh primary abstracts and DOI metadata for nine source identities; complete extracted main bodies for the 2014 climate, HP15 genome and 2020 partitioning papers; full extracted 2011 aggregation, 2017 recognition and 2017 consortium PDFs. Selected figures visually inspected. The 2018 diel main body was read from existing curator text, not independently retrieved full text. Chemotaxis is bounded to the abstract; MEPS full PDF returned HTTP 401 and was not bypassed. No new publication bodies or cache changes.
