Separate Thermacetogenium growth optimum from coculture assay conditions #1890

Finding

CommunityMech:000182: growth_media has temperature 58 and pH 6.8 from the type-strain optimum, while the 2002/2005 and 2019 coculture experiments use 55 C and different substrate/assay designs. The existing 2019 cultivation_setup correctly distinguishes acetate coculture from axenic H2/CO2 and formate conditions. Reconcile assay identity in the other metadata and related_ingredients formate mechanism claims without undoing that distinction. Graph-only changes leave these fields byte-preserved; this issue is not solved by graph qualification.
