Finding

CommunityMech:000186: the general 85 C growth-medium entry is supported by the 1997 abstract, but the 2006 transcript study used 80 C BSMII and distinct gas-handling protocols for batch hydrogen-removal tests and fermentor growth-phase tests. The 1997 no-exogenous-H2/CO2 observation must not describe every 2006 coculture condition. related_ingredients also treats a modeled temperature/methanogenesis trend as a measured general endpoint. Scope metadata to the cited experiment; do not silently combine assay identities. Graph-only repair does not resolve this followup.
