CommunityMech:000079 uses UW101. PMID30837345 tests F. johnsoniae CI04 for protection, metabolite accumulation and biofilm persistence; PMID35435700 Methods instead name UW101. Support UW101 inhibition, protection and transcription with the latter study, without silently transferring CI04 biofilm or A/C accumulation results. Remove the misassigned biofilm node; retain its exact context in a discussion. A/B/C abundance changes do not isolate biosynthesis. P. koreensis growth is not impaired by coculture, so COMPETITION (-/-) is not established. Koreenceine-dependent transcription includes direct or indirect effects and does not require impaired B. cereus growth.
