CommunityMech:000100 has selection/formulation and equal-volume mixing as COLONIZATION_FACILITATION nodes. Remove these workflow-only nodes, retaining their existing design/media evidence. Keep reported field treatment effects and both application-to-response arrows, without attributing them to measured nitrogen-fixation flux or individual inoculant establishment. Relative-abundance enrichment is not an absolute growth measurement. Bacillus centrality and correlated guild abundance do not prove mutualism, nutrient exchange or keystone necessity. Soil communities are not the seven-strain inoculum.
