Reconcile THOR non-graph strain origin and cultivation across the two studies #1926

Finding

The current taxonomy is the UW101 variant used by PMID35435700, but its isolation note and much of its non-graph context are taken from the founding CI04 study PMID30837345. Do not substitute CI04 for UW101 globally. Reconcile the record scope and strain origin, separately describe 2022 community abundance/RNA conditions (1/10 TSB, static 20 C) versus propagation and 2019 root-exudate assays, and audit generic SYNTROPHIC_PARTNER roles. Related-ingredient A/C wording asserts direct production suppression from accumulation/protection data and should preserve the CI04 experimental boundary. Exact genome/strain reconciliation remains a separate task.
