Finding

Taxonomy lists Acidovorax facilis AF as PRIMARY_DEGRADER although the associated evidence is nematode inhibition, not degradation. Several taxon-specific claims cite a generic community abstract instead of the named strain and assay. The primary Fig4 caption names all seven isolates; main Results distinguish their rich-medium and M9 effects. Audit these non-graph functional roles and evidence sources without guessing NCBI species IDs from >97% 16S matches or treating Salkowski detection as molecule-specific IAA validation. Open497 concerns rhizobial roles and is not duplicated here.
