The record represents seven source-named isolates but taxonomy has only four broad entries, merging two B. thuringiensis strains and two Serratia species and omitting B. tropicus. Verify and ground the exact roster with strain-level names from Table1 before adding participants. Keep field delivery and individual-strain R2A preparation separate. The source calls 85 DAS harvest in application timing but about120 DAS in yield Methods; sampling/replicate descriptions also differ across Methods and Results. Record unresolved design details rather than choosing silently or claiming independent reproduction of its field statistics. This is distinct from open615 host-cultivation modeling.
