The abstract reports KEGG and metagenomic potential, Mantel associations and host-gene networks, not direct transfer frequency, cellular motility or proof of universal viable-pathogen elimination. Preserve the transient ARG rebound, later attenuation and reported 26.6% reduction in potential host-gene associations. Qualify the maturation-to-attenuation interpretation and remove the arrow that treats maturation as the cause of a separately inferred metabolic profile.
