The primary Results identify Y364 as Pseudomonas nicosulfuronedens, Y832 as P. citronellolis, and Y878 as Bacillus altitudinis; current taxonomy merges them into two broad rows and assigns CROSS_FEEDER from a composition-only snippet. Resolve exact canonical identities and strain rows with authoritative taxonomy, preserving source names. Separate healthy-plant isolate origin, resource-library selection, fertilizer production and field co-treatment. The source Methods describe tomato-exudate resource-library compounds and figure captions say tomato despite a tobacco field experiment; Results/Discussion differ on Y832 resource counts. Do not silently resolve these inconsistencies or claim tested root migration from cheA PCR alone.
