CommunityMech:000429 correctly retains selective measured metatranscriptomic changes and broad-profile nulls after prior #1070. Clarify that these samples preceded pathogen challenge; sequence-similarity annotations do not assign transcripts to inoculant strains or identify necessary protection mediators. Preserve the 43.3% barley disease-assay fluorescence reduction and no significant inoculant pairwise differences. The paper explicitly cannot assign ISR to JA/ET/SA pathways. PEG-tolerant strain selection is not whole-plant drought protection. Preserve the dated BioProject-visibility discussion without claiming a fresh access check.
