Finding

The TB primary paper PMID:41821943 describes disease assessment 45 days after pathogen inoculation and soil sampling 45 days after SynCom treatment, with those inoculations separated in time. Audit non-graph duration claims before treating these as a single clock. The efficacy paragraph points to Figure 2L while the caption assigns disease severity and TKW to other panels. Inspect actual figure pixels and source versions to resolve the reference mismatch; do not silently infer the intended panel or transfer findings from distinct PMID:41504167. Also distinguish equal-ratio input from measured post-inoculation dominance. No new experimental optimization is requested.
