Audit species-level strain representation and synthetic-must context with claim-level evidence, preserving role of the 15-consortium panel. This is not missing source information and does not reopen #1204 transient-access wording. Graph review only updates the discussion boundary; taxonomy, engineering design and cultivation fields remain separate work.

Expanded all-state search covered1188issues; six matching prior issue bodies and the five-species prior review report were read. Hidden/ignored local paths included, with credential files excluded.
